Great spot for people watching and bash souvenirs, ogling street food and beautiful decor. Yes, it's a tourist spot but it's a fun place. I highly recommend going early: daytime or late afternoon area best. By 8 or 9 pm it'll start getting packed and harder to appreciate.
Carry cash in RNB for clothes and cuisine.
