Alloura 2 is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is split over 3 floors, offering gorgeous views of both Lake Jindabyne and the Mountain Ranges.

The upper level includes a large kitchen and dining space with two living areas opening on to the balcony. All 3 bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry are located on the second level with direct access to the balcony and rear courtyard.

This property provides a secure and private double garage with plenty of storage for both ski and bike equipment. The garage is located on Level 1 of the property and offers internal access. Off the garage is a drying room for all your ski and snowboard gear.

Alloura 2 is just a moment's walk to the town centre and lake foreshore to enjoy fishing, water sports, walking and cycling. Alternatively, it is a mere 30-minutes to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snow play, summer mountain biking, hiking, golf, and back-country adventures. Alloura 2 is a great choice for both summer and winter fun.
