Fantastic stay with wonderful helpful staff. The hotel and grounds were always spotless. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere you want to spend most of your time at - due to the hotel and roads around being quite isolated. Had an amazing weeks stay in this hotel and the beginning of our stay in Bali

Overall an excellent hotel, the 1 bedroom villas were even nicer in real life than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and it was a pleasure to return to after the hectic roads of Bali. All the staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was really nice with a wide selection of food and great pricing.

Very nice and peaceful stay not to far away from airport for people with children, not the cheapest restaurant onsite oas prices were 20-30% more expensive than outside but good food, great sevice and very convenient. 3 pools on site with extra own pool in villa.

I would rate this hotel max 4* when it comes to overall look and feel and amenities provided. The dip pool by the room could use cleaning and we had hair in the hairdryer, ale the slippers provided were dirty. We were a little disappointed by the hotel due to its rating and price. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel area, houses, landscape all very good planned and designed. The villas are very nice designed and decorated. You feel spacious while you are swimming in your own small pool. Houses are apart from eachother, no neighbour room walls. So it's very quiet. Staff is all very kind, warm and friendly. Four times a day there is a Shuttle to the beach and back to hotel. We spent 4 wonderful days here and didn't want to leave. Compare to big brands price is so reasonable for such a precious place.

Had the most amazing stay at Cross Bali Breakers in January 2026! The place is beautiful, the food is great and the entire staff is so welcoming, heartwarm and sweet. Always a joy to go to the restaurant and be met with huge smiles, the best service and nice talks. My biggest recommendations for this place - I will absolutely come back!

We had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, and we stayed in one of the private pool villas which was lovely and definitely worth it. The main pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The only thing to consider is the location- it’s quite far from many of the main activities, and the roads in the area are quite old and full of potholes, which can make getting around a bit more difficult. If you’re visiting during the rainy season, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay.
