Comfortable and relaxing
It was very nice. The building is old but the bathrooms are newly-renovated, so it's very comfortable. The service staff are very helpful. Not being able to speak Mandarin was not an issue.
The hotel is walking distance from the train station, and is just across the street from the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park.

如果單純是要住宿的話，可以納入考慮。桌子下方的雕花和椅子高度不合，腳伸進下方會撞到膝蓋；浴缸並不大，但浴缸內還有坐階，空間感覺更小了。

地點非常棒，距離礁溪森林風呂走路就可以到達；
感謝飯店協助升等兩張大床房型，但是床的長度偏短，身高超過175公分的，腳伸長會超出床尾不舒服。

室内で温泉に入れる上に、大浴場(もちろん、水着なし！)まで入れて、スタッフが言葉は通じなくても親切で気持ち良かったです。
施設は多少古いけど清潔でした。バスターミナルから近いし、まあまあの朝食も付いて、今まで泊まった台湾のホテルの中で、コスパ抜群第一位です！

被安排到隔壁大廈住，樓下沒人看守，超不安全。住了兩天其中一天整個大廈也沒其他住客。兩天早上6/7點門口就有洗潔員在聊天，聲音超大而且聊超久，吵到完全不能睡。房間完全不能洗澡，開了三個小時熱水，最後還是只有溫水，服務員說要用了開始的冷水，溫泉水才上來，但沒有其他住客，所以開多久房間的水都不夠熱。兩天都「吃不到」早餐，在指定時間內(8:00)下去吃早餐，結果已經收了東西，第二天7:00下去只有青菜、方包、咖啡。整個酒店最好是床硬度剛好，沒有其他客人，房間 沒熱水沒法泡浴，只好到樓下泡公共溫泉，結果發現兩天都沒其他人。ps公共泡浴的門罩明顯很久沒洗，有蜘蛛絲
