Three of the elevators were broken, our last night when we got back, the only elevator that was working was not anymore. When we was about to checkout in the morning the elevator still wasn’t fixed. When I called reception they said we can bring down our luggage, I was like nah, y’all sending someone to come get these suitcases. The bathroom was disgusting, hair from maybe the previous person that stayed and I found a contact lens on the floor. Then, they have the audacity to come up and tell us to let our real because the other people were complaining. Like, it was my phone playing. GTFOH

The place needs a lot of repair. Lots of things broken. Stain wall, elevator not working. Does not look like a Ramada at all.

The hotel and workers were the best. The only bad this was the elevator wasn’t working as good as it should.

Very poor service , poor hotel . They are ruining the name of ramada . Lifts didn’t work properly. Management was poor . Rooms and washrooms were not clean . Very bad experience , i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone . Its a scam .

The elevators did not work the entire time of my stay and they put everyone on floors 8-11 even knowing this knowledge. Whenever i decided to leave to enjoy my stay i had to take the steps coming and going. The phone did not work so i could not call down to the lobby. The door also had problems shutting and opening. Breakfast consisted of a goofy bag filled with a muffin, granola bar and a small water. Staff showed no interest in any of the complaints addressed by multiple guest. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever
