"Love the pool for the kids, hotel is fairly kept up with and comfortable. Had to contact customer service a few times, after three tries, someone was finally willing to help. If needing to contact customer service, do not expect above and beyond services, it’s a kind of figure out yourself. Otherwise it was a good stay, easy check-in & check-out."
