If you arrive on the weekend, you may need to take a taxi with a driver who knows how to avoid the road closures; Grab would not accept rides. The breakfast buffet is ample with a mix of Asian and Western options. We opted to use the spa, which was a relaxing and pleasurable experience. They could improve their commitment to environmental sustainability, such as offering water dispensers and refillable toiletry dispensers instead of using plastic bottles. The hotel did receive a bus load of mainland Chinese tourists, who were quite loud in the hallways and breakfast area.
