You will be staying in the "Villa Philia Plus", a 4-room villa with a spacious area of 200 square meters. The villa boasts a very modern and luxurious furnishing. It features a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room leads to an exit pergola that opens to the patio and the swimming pool. The villa has three bedrooms, each with a french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and have direct access to the patio or terrace and the swimming pool.

The villa comes with an open kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
