It is located on the first floor without an elevator, in the urbanization La Plaza, a tranquil and picturesque community with a beautiful courtyard and fountain. The living room is cozy, with a single sofa bed and direct access to the enclosed terrace with large glass windows. This pleasant 15 m² space with outdoor furniture includes a dining table with two chairs. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower, air conditioning available only in the bedroom, heating with a heat pump, washing machine, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, it has a private outdoor parking space.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area, ideal for those seeking an oasis away from the tourist bustle. Arenal Beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
