We loved our stay here. The pool area was beautiful and had a hot tub as well. There was a game room and shelf with books for kids. Very family friendly. The place was very clean and had a coffee bar area set up in the morning. There was a gift shop and restaurant. Overall we loved it here. One thing to note was a very loud rooster very early in the morning. If they could get rid of the rooster it would be perfect haha.

I found intimate and very intimate stuff inside the shower,what made our night very uncomfortable ,knowing that we paid so much money for one night,

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in San Juan! The accommodations were excellent 💙everything was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The staff made our vacation truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Xiomara, Andrea, Aracelis, Zoe, Gia, and Pedro for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The restaurant next to the hotel deserves a perfect 10/10. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and we looked forward to dining there every day. I simply love this place. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, great food, exceptional service, and a relaxing atmosphere. This was the perfect vacation, and I will definitely be coming back!♥️ Feeling grateful ♥️

My husband and I stayed here for seven days, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience of our lives. This property uses completely fake, deceptive marketing. They take pictures of surrounding hotels and portray them as their own. They advertised a casino and a rooftop lounge—neither of these actually exist.The room conditions were unbearable. We had zero hot water for our entire seven-day stay and were forced to take freezing cold showers. Additionally, you have no control over the room temperature. The room was an absolute icebox, and we had to stay bundled up under blankets the entire time we were inside. To make matters worse, the hotel is undergoing major construction. Loud, disruptive banging started at 7:00 AM every single morning and lasted all day long.Their "highly rated" breakfast was a joke. The only options were rubbery waffles, bad eggs, and little sausages. As a vegetarian, there was absolutely nothing substantial for me to eat, and they offered zero fruit options.Management is completely useless and untrustworthy. After I submitted a formal complaint through my booking website, the manager actually came to our room. He promised he would personally bring us better breakfast options the following morning. He never showed up with the food. The customer service here is non-existent, the amenities are a lie, and the management lacks basic integrity. Do not book this hotel.

Our stay and the staff was great. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary there and staff/coordinator made it special for us. Will definitely stay again.
