3 night stay and each of the 3 mornings i was disturbed by staff. Day one a guy is attempting to replace the batteries in the door key card at 0755. Day 2 drilling and machinery to fix the broken lift at 0745 and Day 3 maid wanted to clean the room at 0800. Asked on checkout if I used the minibar in the room. What mini bar, 4 bottles of water in a fridge is nota minibar

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Teresa MGallery in Rio. This boutique hotel in the artsy Santa Teresa neighborhood, a mix of historic charm with modern luxury.
The location offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable.
The staff was warm and attentive, the pool area is stunning, and the food (especially breakfast) was excellent. An oasis in Rio — highly recommended for a memorable, upscale experience!

Excellent location, lovely breakfast and good value for money with very courteous staff. We didn't enjoy lack of food choices if we wanted to eat for lunch or dinner. For breakfast coffee brand was week. The lifts could be more efficient.
Still a brilliant place to stay.

This is my second time at the national hotel, and for sure it won’t be my list, the staff is amazing. The room is amazing. They try to do everything in their power to accommodate you and make sure that you have a wonderful time, I love this place. I can’t wait to come back.

"Upon opening the room door and closing it for the first time, there was not just dust but lots of dirt and pebbles behind the door against the wall; it was obvious that the cleaning crew did not attempt to sweep or clean this area....but it was a couple hours later after dinner when we were taking ..."

"My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know."
