Wife found a dead frog under in living room and many of the dishes and counters needed cleaning before could be use. Heavy rains caused flooding in unit which was mopped up first time by owner. "This apartment is set up with everything you can possibly need and the bed is extremely comfortable. We cooked several meals and enjoyed eating out on the balcony overlooking the beautiful valley while butterflies and hummingbirds flitted by. The hosts were so gracious that they made us feel more like houseguests staying with old friends rather than simply renters in an apartment. "
