「Things I loved:
- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many selections
- the bed was comfortable
- room service was fast and affordable
- the room was cleaned every day I was there
Areas for improvement:
- The lighting by the mirror in the bathroom was not sufficient. Need more lights
- The shower heads need to be cleaned and decalcified with vinegar
- The toilet would flush inconsistently
- Would be great to have a small shelf or stand in the...
「I could not connect to Wifi so I called reception to come and check but they never came.
So I went to reception myself and explained them for the second time. They looked at me talked to me like this fk'in tourist don't know how to connect Wifi.
They finally sent mechanic and found out the router infront of my room was broken.
I did not got apology or nothing.
I will never stay this hotel again.」

「It's a new hotel with good facilities and efficient staff, respond quickly.The only problem i have is the noise that can burst into my eardrum by the loud music from Simpang Lima Events held during the night till almost midnight of my last night stay.For 3 star hotel it's well done Ibis Styles Simpang Lima.Will be coming back. 」
