良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
2回目の宿泊でしたが、前回はフロントの上階道路側の広い良い部屋でしたが、今回はその脇のスーペリアの部屋でした。ライトが暗く、また狭く感じました。空港からホテルのシャトルバスの待機場所は、事前に第3ターミナルの第一ゲートの先との連絡を受けましたが、全く場所が分からずはタクシーのメーターは、7万ルピー弱を指していましたが、9万ルピーの支払いとなりました。

皆様も書かれていますが、空港→ホテルのシャトルバスの場所がまったくわからず。 事前に問合せをして、場所の確認もしましたが、結局わからずタクシーで行くことに。 入国審査後、両替の場所でタクシー15万ルピア、と声を掛けられたが、シャトルバスに乗る、と断ったが、結局はAIRPORT TAXIに乗る羽目になり、20万ルピアを取られた。 ホテルのプールは写真だととてもきれいだが、池かと思うようなプールだった。 食事をする場所もとても照明が暗く、悲しい感じだった。 部屋は狭いながらも快適に過ごせました。(テレビの画質はアナログのようでした) 空港ホテルなので、十分だとは感じます。

時間、お金の無駄でした
エアポートシャトルは連絡をしても来るか不明です。 18時ホテル発の折り返しに乗ろうとしたとのの、60分以上待っても来ず、次の19時30分発に乗れと案内されたところで諦め、タクシーでホテルに向かいました。 タクシー代だけでなく、限られた時間を返して欲しいと切に願います。 ホテルの部屋は可もなく不可もなくといったところですが、部屋にもレストランにまも蚊が多いため、虫除けは必須です。 ホテルの隣にコンビニが1軒、さらに先にはレストランもあり、ピザの味はまあまあでした。 ホテルの朝食は3:30~と早朝の出発にも間に合いそうです。 不快な思いをした為、2度と泊まりません。
