立地: 歩いて数分でShopping Mallがありご飯を食べるのに便利でした。 施設: 古い印象でしたし、決してキレイとは言えないものが多かったです。一方で、プールは広くて楽しめましたし、プールサイドのレストランは価格もリーズナブルでとても重宝しました。 改善を要望したい点: エレベーターが3基ありますが、1基は稼働しておらず、また1基あたりがそれほど大きくないため（大人8-9人程度）、Check In / Outや朝食時など込み合うときはエレベーターを10分程度待たなければならなく、改善の余地があると思いました。 朝食: ローカルな食べ物（特にイスラム系の食事）が多く、例えば、スクランブルエッグやベーコン、ソーセージ、ヨーグルトといった洋風なものはありませんでした。以外にインドのカレー風味系の食べ物やナンがあり、美味しかったです。またナシゴレンやミーゴレンもありましたが、辛い味付けであったため、子供には選択肢が限られる内容だと感じました。 総評: 価格や立地、プール等の施設を考えるととてもお得なホテルだと思います。一方で、古かったり多少故障している設備もあるため、完璧を求める方や日本のホテルのように超キレイな空間を求める方には難しいかと思います。

いつも利用させて貰ってますが、今回は幾つか不満がありましたのでお伝えしておきます。 ①　寝室のトイレの流れがとても悪い ②　洗濯機がありませんでした ③　Gパンを朝一クリーニングに出しましたが、その日には仕上がらず、翌日の配達となってました。 なお、朝食はいつもながらに品数も多く、大変美味しかったです。 また利用させてもらいます。

It was a horrible place. It was very dirty, smelled moldy and there were cockroaches that the staff wasn’t bothered with. The bedsheets were dirty and we could not get ourselves to lay on them. We tried everything to book a different hotel but because of so many events happening the same weekend, everything was booked. We called Expedia since the rooms did not look anything like the pictures we saw online. They were no help at all. We ended up spending 4 hours on phone till 12 midnight and I had to give up in the end without anything resolution. Their costumer service was so horrible. I had to repeat the same story over and over again and the call was always disconnected and I had to call them up again. Not once did they call to help with resolution. I would pick any other property before this. I have never in my life experienced a place this awful. What I dont understand is how they are able to run a place like this?!! We changed the room 3 times - but each room was a hell of it’s own. Brown water from the faucet. Bathroom falling apart. Cockroaches sitting on the toilet seats -and I could go on and on

The toilet in each room was not well maintained. We asked the toilets to be fixed. The AC units were also not working. Eventually it was repaired. The biggest issue was the access to the penthouse with the elevators. The penthouse was at the top and we had to wait a long time. Also going down, we had to stop on a lot of floors even though the elevator is full. There was a charge to borrow more plates and cutleries. It’s a penthouse, the expectation is to have more of these utensils. The breakfast serving quality was not consistent. And not enough variety. Overall the penthouse should be upgraded. The old interior with carpets feels very outdated and stuffy with dust.

We checked in with another couple and booked two separate rooms for the evening. In both rooms, cockroaches were crawling everywhere. We requested room changes for both rooms, but the new rooms were exactly the same — cockroaches everywhere again. At that point, we found cockroaches inside our luggage as well. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We immediately gave up on staying there and moved to another hotel that same night. This was one of the most unhygienic and disturbing hotel experiences we have ever had. The condition of this hotel is clearly not a temporary issue, but a serious sanitation problem. No guest should have to deal with insects crawling through their room and belongings. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay somewhere else. We will never return.

The property was under renovations which was not stated on hotel description. The bar could not service cocktail drinks due to not having a liquor license, only served one brand of beer (again not listed in hotel description) the breakfast did not have that much variety, too spread out throughout the restaurant rather than one general area. Food was also cold. Our room was the not the cleanest, stains on window curtains, towels were dirty with stains. Would not stay here again nor would refer this place to anyone.

This hotel have many good point.

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is 1.8m and is good for adults. The swimming pool restaurant is very cheap and delicious. It is convenient to use the bus. It is located in the building right next to Hana Bank. The Semanggi Shopping Mall is currently under construction and cannot be used. There are other shopping malls nearby. It is convenient to use because it is close to the Pacific Shopping Mall (1 bus station. Taxi costs about 220,000 rupees). You can rest and eat inexpensively at the shopping mall. This hotel have many good point. But The elevator needs overall repairs. There is a bad smell from the air conditioner in the room. The rooms on the upper floors have difficulty in ventilation. Since it is a carpeted room, there are many concerns about the smell and dust. if you visit there, you will know that it is an old building overall.

Management is terrible

We choose the hotel because we had a great stay there a number of years ago when we were in Jakarta. Big mistake. The hotel has deteriorated a lot since we were last there, other than a coat of paint i don't think they have made any upgrades. But the biggest issue came when we complained about the state ot our room, dirty, burn marks and stains on the carpet and curtains, bugs in the room as well as issues with the water and washing machine. So we tried the laundry service they offered because thecwashing machine flooded the room when we tried to use it. For a single load not big of laundry they charged us over $45 Canadian. Then after complaining about the issues they offered to reimburse us fo the fee for the laundry abd revered the charge. Rhe following day they came tonus and said they could only give a small discount on the laundry abd charged us again.then offered us a free night stay which they new wouldn't be able tbuse as we are not from the country abd had our travel plans already booked.folloeing that they offered us a free meal and when we asked if we could have our meal in our room we were assured that could be done. When we went to get the meal were then told no we could not take it to our room but would have to eat at the buffet, no other option. We left the meal and went out of the hotel for food. Finally the managment offered free ride to the airport which we did take. The management made the whole situation even worse that it was. Avoid this hotel

家族旅行向けだが...

115㎡の部屋に泊まったが、正直ビジネスユースには広すぎるので、長期滞在であればという感じです。部屋にはバスルームの他にシャワールームがあり、トイレは全部で３つとファミリーであれば快適だと思います。 長期滞在に必要な設備は揃っており、近くにあるセマンギモールで食料品も入手できるので、便利です。 その割りに評価を低くしたのは、過去に東南アジアのホテルに何十泊もしているのですが、初めて部屋にcockroachが出た為です。夜トイレにいったら、洗面台に５ｃｍ程のが出現しました。 これが私には耐えられなかったので、この評価です。

子供が近くの学校に留学中の為、学校から一番近いホテルと思いここにしました。 建物は古い感じですが、部屋は広く、掃除も行き届いてて、ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。ホテルの従業員の方々の笑顔が素敵でした。
