「Estuve alojado unas horas en este hotel y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy negativa. Nada más hacer el check-in me encontré con varios problemas graves que me llevaron a marcharme el mismo día: • La calefacción y el aire caliente no funcionaban, algo especialmente grave en esta época del año. • El baño estaba sucio, con restos evidentes de pelos de otro cliente dentro de la bañera. • Las toallas estaban en mal estado, incluso rotas y deshilachadas. • En general, el mantenimiento de...
