「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「The villa required renovation and was in poor condition. The staff were reasonably helpful but the amenities were below standard. The pool and property position to the beach were great.」

「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」

「We had the best time ever in this gorgeous home. The views are amazing. We had coffee with toucans and macaws, evening visitors like coatimundis, and so many other birds. Stargazing was fun sitting by the pool at night. We loved jumping in the pool after a day of adventures, and even swimming in a pop up rain storm. We were able to easily travel down to Play Herradura and Jaco beach for activities and restaurants. Having the grill on the deck was great for when we just wanted to relax and...
