「シャワーからお湯が出なかったのがざんねんでした。コロナ対策かレストランもビュッフェ形式のところしかやっていなく、また、朝食をプラジャブランカで食べれなかったのも残念でした。この朝食が楽しみだったのです！」

「Overall Nice resort close to the AirPort. Came for golf and that was amazing. Beach is not good and area is not great. Resort overall is clean and had alot of options. Vacation club was nicer than hotel and newer 」

「The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...

He was very helpful and treated me like family I would recommend this place to everybody coming to Jacó 」

「So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all」
