Amazing View!

This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!

Always a good experience...

Great place to visit with family and friends, spacious, clean, conveniently located and as a great plus the access to Croc's Hotel and resort and all it's amenities. Great balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Well recommended. I'll keep coming back!

Bad customer service

Overall, the location and beach are fine, but the customer service is nonexistent. We arrived at the unit after grocery shopping the night we arrived in Jaco and put our groceries in the fridge to find them spoiled the next morning because the refrigerator was broken. It was not a big issue and we contacted the management to find a solution, but were met with the response that the issue was being “escalated to the local team”. Multiple days passed without any action, and we continued to receive meaningless answers and no actual help. It was difficult for us because we booked a room specifically with a fridge hoping to cook a couple meals for ourselves, but were instead forced to eat out for every meal or buy groceries multiple times a day and use them immediately. It made our vacation much less enjoyable, and while we tried to be patient it was difficult since our requests were not being taken seriously. We stayed for 6 nights and the fridge still didn’t work when we left. We asked for a refund as well but that request was essentially ignored. We again were told to wait for a response from the “local team”. I would not recommend this condo for other vacationers, I’m sure you can find other places in just as good locations where the owners actually care to help the people staying there.

AMAZING!!!

From the very beginning, the views were incredible and the place was clean!! You get access to the beach via the hotel next door along with their pools, restaurant and casino! The condo was WAY bigger than expected and the open layout is perfect for a beach getaway!! All the things you could want and need for a week or two or three stay, is there!

Great location and amenities.

The condo was clean, spacious very comfortable. Amazing. Ocean view from the balcony. Great amenities at Croc’s. The furniture can use a little bit of updating, but everything worked fine. The location is great. It’s a quiet area of Jacó. The security guard at the entrance was very helpful and courteous. I will keep coming back to the Palms every time.

Great Location and Ocean Views

Beautiful view for sunsets on the large balcony and access to Croc's Resort a big plus. Unit is very large and the private pool was nice. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are some minor maintenance issues and the unit could use some updating to older furniture, mattresses and pillows. Great security at gate who are very helpful with local issues and questions. Overall, the Palms is a great place to relax and enjoy Jaco.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortabel and the view just amazing. Being able to use the pool was great, since swimming and playing in the ocean is not really save for the kids. The only thing that was not convenient are the the check-in and -out times. Other than that - it was wonderful!

Partner check in.

E mail was sent to property manager of names and ID’s of all registered guests. (4) Upon check in of 2 late arriving guests, the property security refused them entry as their names & information was not provided by property management to on site property security. This resulted in an embarrassing delay of 20-30 minutes on the phone and another 20-30 minutes to finally be allowed to check in with security and gain property access. BTW, several employees of Croc’s recognized me from many prior stays and welcomed me by name and greeted me. Great customer service at Croc’s.

Great Location, however , beware of the covid testing and flight rules. They prevented me from returning home. If you have been recently vaccinated you will probably test positive, this will prevent you from returning home for 14 days.

Amazing location with gorgoeus views

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. The condo shows well, only concern was that the patio doors both have broken screens that should be fixed and the patio door in the master is bolted shut. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were great and in good condition

good view and security

We arrived early and were able to check in which was a godsend as we had a lot a luggage and another vrbo that we could not check into early. The security was really good with excellent sunset views and everything worked in the condo. one of the rooms had two single beds and i prefer a queen or king but it was a very comfortable stay and ability to use crocs pool was a plus. However, crocs locked the access in the evening and one had to go around the beach side. I had a little trouble with the codes and the vrbo help line worked through it nicely for me. I would stay again .

Great place

Awesome condo in Jaco

Perfect location right on the beach. This condo was clean, the staff was friendly and the view from the balcony was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jaco.
