The staff was courteous, but the room was less than what is expected of a Crown Plaza Hotel. Put as much effort into the rooms as you did the lobby. The rooms need to be updated. Great room. A most convenient and comfortable stay. Passing through on a drive to the Keys. Stopped so I could visit friends in Jax. Loved it, and may well visit again. Just unfortunate that the lobby entrance was closed for construction.

Drinking Glass in the room was dirty. Breakfast buffet was good but not worth the upcharge. Front desk gals were very friendly and helpful. Patio furniture was warped and in desperate need of replacement. Probably won’t book again
