Enjoy a calm and quiet stay in our newly renovated, stylish unit located in the heart of the Riverside Historic District. Being centrally-located means you'll be just minutes away from Downtown Jacksonville, so you can truly experience everything our city has to offer.

Most of the major attractions, including the river, shopping, drinks, entertainment, and restaurants are all just about 10 minutes away.

Kickback and relax inside your own fully renovated apartment, which is located within a luxurious historic home right in the heart of Riverside.

Each guest may feel free to relax on the front porch and in the backyard. The backyard is accessed down the driveway and guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. There is also a laundry room which is located near the front door if needed.

We are not on-site, but we are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.

Our historic home is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Riverside. Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art, live music, fresh produce and food trucks. Trendy eateries, vintage boutiques, and gastropubs mixed with cool bars and specialty coffee shops are all walking/biking distance from the home. The St Johns river riverbank is one block away, so you can enjoy a stroll along the waterfront to Memorial Park.

We are pleased to offer complementary bike rentals on a first come, first served basis. The bikes are located on the property and can be accessed by lock-code, given upon request.

Out of concern for other guests staying with us and our neighbors we ask to keep noise in the main house and outside to a minimum after 8:00 pm during weekdays. Outdoor front porch and backyard on weekends we ask guests to be respectful regarding noise after 9:00 pm
