This charming townhome is conveniently located on South Fletcher with only one street to cross to reach the beach. Ideal for couples and families, you can indulge in the sun and sand, and then savor delicious food and drinks at the Surf Restaurant, located right next door.

Nestled in the heart of Amelia Island, this spacious two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just minutes from the island's pristine beaches. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental is ideal for families or small groups looking to relax and explore.

The primary suite upstairs features a queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a TV for unwinding after a day of adventure. Downstairs, one guest bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and direct access to the shared bathroom, while the other has two twin beds and a TV, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. The inviting living room provides a cozy spot to gather, complete with a TV and direct access to the east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy sunrise and peek-a-boo ocean views.

A fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free WiFi offer all the conveniences of home. Orders placed after this cannot be delivered the next day, and same-day delivery is not available. Location is wonderful, across the street from beach, 5 minute walk. We were exceptionally happy with the booking process, it was last minute, we were able to book the very day before our visit. Condo was very clean and updated.Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We will be returning or using another Stay Better Vacation unit. Awesome people to work with.
