The house was just as the listing said. The rooms were very cozy and clean. There were plenty of essentials for us. Will look into booking this again next year.

Place was as listed, everything super nice & new. Decor and upgrades were upscale and comfortable. Neighborhood is definitely up scaling and basically in Avondale. Lots of restaurants and shops within bike distance & parks walkable. Quiet residential area.
