This gorgeous oceanfront condo offers a unique layout with six beds, stunning expansive views, a renovated pool and a designated boardwalk located within the desirable Omni Amelia Island Plantation!
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with an updated coastal space accented with shiplap and the color green. The natural sunlight cascades through the open floor plan melting over the main living area, kitchen, and dining room.
The main living area is ideal for the entire family to gather with two sofas, two recliners, a large flat-screen TV (online streaming options), a vaulted ceiling, and breathtaking views. The sliding glass doors lead to a private oasis overlooking the ocean and pool.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and equipped with stainless steel appliances in addition to a Ninja toaster/Air fryer, blender, coffee maker (drip), pots/pans, cookware etc.
The dining room is designed for six and is perfectly situated where guests can enjoy the ocean views.
The master bedroom has plenty of natural light with a King bed, TV, dresser, closet, charging station, and sound machine and is connected to the bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a King bed, TV, dresser, closet and sound machine.
The second bathroom is across the hall with a shower/tub combo.
Up the stairs, you will find the loft area with a split floor plan accompanied by a desk. To the right, there is a Twin bed and a nook with a ladder that leads to a Full-size bed and TV and a curtain to make it private. To the left, you will find the same layout and bed arrangement.
Please note there are four sets of small stairs that separate each level. Upon entering the unit there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, the next level up is the main living area, and the other two levels are the bedrooms.
While staying here you have full access to the NEWLY renovated pool, grilling area, oceanfront cabanas, and designated boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Guests can also enjoy over seven miles of walking and bike trails to explore, the Omni shops, restaurants, and even the Spa. You do not have access to the tram or Omni Amelia Island Resort Hotel pool. The Omni is private and monitored by the front gate security team to ensure you feel safe at all times.
For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)
