Jack Layton Ferry Terminal Tours

The hotel was in an EXCELLENT location, very walkable and with a few steps you’re on the water. The Italian restaurant Posta directly across from Waterside Inn was fantastic! The hotel itself was clean, but very dated & the door lock didn’t like to work (idk if that had to do with booking through Expedia since some of our friends had an updated room) They did have Free parking! No restaurant in the hotel itself, but PLENTY to walk to All the staff were excellent

I loved everything about the hotel. The terrace was great to unwind! Lots of homeless in the area but I know the hotel can’t control that. We will book again!

There was some makeup on the sheets when we arrived. They did look like they were washed but they were definitely stained. (Not sure if they just rotated the sheets because the makeup was down toward the foot of the bed) I’ve stayed here before and the last room I was in was better maintained. The ceiling had damage in the bedroom and the entryway had a lot of dings and scuffs on the walls. It would have been nice to use the balcony as well, but the door is locked. Otherwise, good!
