"Dirty room badly in need of painting and updating. Housekeeping does its best but the furnishings are worn, carpeting dirty, walls not cleanable. I will not stay there again, sorry Front Desk Clerk Daniel was exceedingly helpful and kind. Kudos to Daniel!"

"I've been here twice already. Breakfast varies by day, offering options like scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, or sausage, with the rest being continental. It's great for a quick bite, and the coffee is always fresh and hot. The facility features an outdoor pool, and parking is self-parking. If you're hungry, Wawa is just ten steps away, and you can also visit other places either on foot or by car. Rooms are clean—consider wearing socks—and if you need extra towels or anything else, ask the Front Desk, and they will help you. The quiet business area is on the main floor, so you can relax, eat snacks, read a book, watch a game on your tablet, plug in to charge your device, sleep while waiting for your ride, or sit in a peaceful spot. It's perfect for me, being close to my family and the beach (Las Olas), just 15 minutes or less away. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed. Make your own day—ENJOY!!!"

"I checked out a day early because my wife had an allergic reaction to the cleaning chemicals used. The chemicals triggered an asthma attack. The mattress on the bed was worn and sunken in the middle. There was no way to air out the room. "

"There are NO EMPLOYEES at this hotel. Check in / out is a KIOSK ... no employees to help elderly people. I had to help a older man operate the KIOSK, help him get his luggage and his wife from vehicle .. she was in a wheelchair.... another man had NO TV in the room, lady on the KIOSK said SORRY I can not help you !! in the morning, 8:50 am 2 men were removing the food for breakfast.... I asked why he was in a rush.. he looked at me grabbed the food and toasters and walked away..... the elevator had garbage on the floor, my room... toilet paper holder was laying on the bathtub, took pictures as soon as I walked in. The room next door I videoed the LOUD MUSIC and all the banging around, like they were tearing the place up. Very disappointed... customer service.. NONE"
