狭すぎる部屋
比較的新しい設備のホテルだった。しかし、ウォータービューの部屋を3人／1室で2室予約したが、1室は反対側の部屋で、居住空間以外も含めているのか、23㎡とは思えない非常に狭い部屋だった。

No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms, no drinking water available in the rooms and lack of options in the breakfast buffet which was very over priced, and the rooms are very small with lack of storage space.

Wir mussten in diesem Hotel dreimal das Zimmer wechseln. Dass erste Zimmer war benutzt und war nicht gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sehr abgenutzt und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Qualität der Matratze katastrophal. Ein Ibis Budget werden wir nie wieder buchen.

We were very unimpressed. After reading the reveiws and descriptions of the hotel that said it was the best hotel for staying outside to avoid Bruges prices but the best for travelling to Bruges, we were thoroughly dissappionted. The taxis were advertised online for 20 euro but when we arrived we were told they were 50-60 euro. We asked about the 'local' bus that was supposedly outside the hotel, it was a half an hour walk. We tried to drive into Bruges but the traffic was awful and the parking was the same....everywhere was full and we tried 9 car parks (however that may have been due to the christmas market so we understand it may not always be that busy...) The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and served nothing but breakfast, a vending machine, a microwave and frozen pizza and pasta ready meals that they passed off as dinner for an extortinate rate, something that was not explained on the website. The members of staff were not very friendly, they made us feel like an inconvenience and we were met with eye rolls, huffs and questions when we wanted to order 2 glasses of wine...? We were on holiday and wanted to make the most of it and it made them money so not sure why the fuss. The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean but that's the only good thing I can say. I understand it is the Ibis Budget, but even budget should have polite staff, clearly advertised dinner options and staff that are friendly. We will not be booking again, very dissappointed.

No solo caro pero con gastos extra inesperados
Localización difícil de alcanzar; pese a solicitar doble con camas separadas encontramos dos somieres juntos mas un plegatin abierto, por lo que tuvimos que "redecorar" antes de nada. La TV esta en posición básicamente inutilización, la mesita plegable imposible de abrir. Básicamente un perchero para colgar el abrigo y una percha que a duras penas sostiene una camisa. La ducha con enchufes abiertos, toallas que pasaron hace mucho su vida util y la puerta de la ducha instalada al revés. La ventana (con hermosas vistas al parking, autopista y gasolinera) es impracticable; en caso de emergencia, rompes el cristal. La única forma de acceso es con coche: y te cobran 7,50 euros por día mas 5 de gastos de gestión. Lencería de cama añeja, somieres sin colchón, almohada diminuta y básicamente inexistente. Limpieza buena. No os intentéis sentar en los bancos exteriores como los de la foto: la madera esta en condiciones mas que dudosas

Fairy modern hotel in a great location. However, there was no tea or coffee facilities, there was no spare tolws. There was no spare pillows and they only gave you one toilet roll! Budget, cheap, just... Meh really. Soulless design, corporate feel.

Séjour au calme près d’une base de loisirs que nous n’avons pas vue à notre arrivée en pleine nuit. Vous avez la possibilité de vous garer moyennant 7,5€ mais vous pouvez aussi vous garer à l’extérieur de l’hôtel gratuitement comme proposé par la personne qui nous a accueilli à l’hôtel. Cometí un error con las fechas al reservar, hablé con Expedia inmediatamente para cambiarlas e intentaron que no se me cobrara la noche errónea. También lo intenté en el propio hotel y se escudaron diciendo que tenia que tramitarlo con Expedia. Según Expedia, la compañía no respondió y se me cobraron ambas noches. Respecto al hotel esta bien y es bastante nuevo. Eso sí, está un poco escondido y si no quieres pagar parking tienes que dejar el coche lejos.

Très mal reçue, avons attendu plus de cinq minutes que le responsable finisse ses papiers avant s adresser à nous… À notre grande surprise, sachant qu’ils acceptent les chiens, nous sommes tombé sur le cul, Lorsqu’il nous a dit qu’il fallait payer 15 € par jour. Quant au petit déjeuner il etait 14,80 € par jour… aucun prix affiché lors de la réservation . sans compter qu a l extérieur, les verts cassés joncher la terrasse, et qu’il y a énormément de fumeurs de cannabis… Je ne recommande absolument pas cette hôtel

Eine Übernachtung bei der Durchreise...
Das vorletzte Zimmer im Gang mit Fenster zur Autobahn. Na ja. Fürs Parken von 2 Motorrädern die zusammen auf einen PKW Parkplatz passen mussten pro Motorrad 7,50 bezahlt werden. Unverschämt. Abends parkte dann ein Pkw mit einem Bootsanhänger quer über 7 PKW Parkplätze. Musste der dann wenigstens 7 mal 7,50 Euro bezahlen ? Die Auswahl an Bier in der Bar war echt ok. Frühstückszeit war sehr angenehm. Bis 11 Uhr. Klasse, aber 12 Euro für das Frühstück ist einfach zu teuer.

Do not go there if you want a family room, two adults and a toddler no space to put luggage or move around in the room, also train your new staff properly, key did not work at 11pm stood outside the room for 45 minutes while the staff tried to open the room door, eventually they had to break the lock

the staff especially the manager Tati were excellent. She did my laundry for me and arranged (although extremely expensive) driver for me)-the general manager was also very professional but the area is next to a freeway and a lake with screaming kids all day. not the property's fault but it is next to a trailer park and I would only recommend this place if it was for an evening instead of 5 nights. the pictures online are of a different hotel which is very deceitful on Expedia's part.
