Great location in izmir when i checked in the air con was not working on room told reception and they sorted it straight away the room was spacious and comfortable clean too the overakl gerat value for price i paid

A lovely stay.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, its a great location, Basmane railway station (which we used one day for a trip to Selçuk) is directly opposite and it is ideal for walking to the seafront and to visit lots of the famous sights. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with coffee, tea and water provided with a kettle for drinks. There are good restaurants/cafes near by which we used and would recommend. We would book again.

We found the hotel clean, however some cleaning could’ve been done better. We found one of the hotel slippers used and stuffed in its place bag. There is sewage backup stinge in the bathroom. Other than the stay was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

Rooms are good in size. Location is excellent. Toilet's ventilation doesn't work properly. Breakfast selection and quality is very poor. Breakfast finished at 10:30. We went for the breakfast at 9:30. Most of the breakfast items were finished. We asked them to refill the item. But the staff said,they don't have any more.

Over all it is accepted for such a value of money, the reception guys are very helpful and kind, the location is great. The chaquizy tube is not working Two things that I didnt like in this hotele are 1- its very noisy, because its in the heart of the city center 2- The staff of the breakfast restueant are not freindly and not helpful at all. So tue hotel admenistration has to talk to them to be more cooperative with guists.

First impressions was good Location good , clean room to big issues we had wife was not working. We reported the problem. No one managed to help. Second issue the hairdryer was not working. We reported the issue to reception. They said someone coming. But no one came. The. They said tomorrow we can fix it. But was to late. As we stayed one night. So o was disappointed.

For the price a good place to stay

A nice week away the room was big shower was great hot tub was not working but did not use it anyway great balcony breakfast was local food but if you ask for omelettes or soup it was not a problem. The hotel was having a refit but still no great problem staff were very helpful

Excellent value, quality and location, but noisy.

We had to find a hotel close to the station after our train was cancelled. This was a perfect location. Room is excellent, but very, very noisy. Noise and vibration from the underground trains well into the early hours, massive traffic noise and calls to prayer all contributed to a lack of sleep. Breakfast was at 7am but we had to leave earlier to get the train so cannot comment. Restaurant next door not bad, but little more than a basic kebab/fast food place. Helpful and polite staff in the hotel, a lovely room, great value for money but I would not stay there again because of the noise issue.

I booked non smoking room but was put into smoking room. I am not a smoker and it was a critical issue. Also room needs renovation, I have pictures of pilled painting on the ceilings, broken night stand lamp, rusted toilet paper holder, broken garbage can.
