Easy walking distance to castle / major tourist attractions, loop bus (right loop) stops right outside the door.

Loved the Onsen space and the rooms were fairly spacious for 3 people. Huge thanks to the staff for helping me with some laundry issues. They went out and above to resolve my issues.

Staff provided us with excellent help to solve our problem.

The property was well maintained, very clean, the decor was minimalist and very nicely designed. The laundry room was very useful (and popular with guests in the evenings), the 2 tea tables on the 3rd and 5th floor were often empty and peaceful for sitting and enjoying the free tea. My only issue was that we didn't get the expected room upgrade at check-in for Expedia Gold VIP status even though it looked like larger rooms were still available on the website.

A great local hospitality experience of onsen, buffet food and a fun play room which catered well for the family (all in a beautiful location).
