There was no receptionist in the area, so I needed to self check-in. I got an email for self-check in less than a day before during my flight to Japan so I had to do it while on our way. The system is not picking my son’s passport picture. I had to call for assistance in the lobby where no air conditioning. I had an unpleasant check-in. However, I would still rate it average for the clean place. Thanks!

Hotel is good love the location. The breakfast buffet is somewhat awful and I would certainly skip especially for the price they charge. Lots of food options around right out the door. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were rocks. Other than that great location would probably try one of the other hotels next time but it wasn’t bad and would stay again for sure. They won’t let you check in early either 3pm and it’s a big line as everyone is just waiting…

Such a beautiful property. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was amazing! We had the yellow room- the print was slightly obnoxious but not a problem at all. The best were incredibly comfy, they restocked all the personal hygiene products daily. Want to come back and stay in another room next time we visit 10/10
