"Eshay’s cabin in the midst of Hammond State Forest was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted, along with a rustic vibe which we loved. The front porch was delightful with the morning sunrise and the evening moonrise, plus sweeping views of the forested mountains. It is a very peaceful setting with no traffic or people noise, only birds singing and the rustling of tree leaves in the breeze. There is also a nature preserve trail and a multitude of hiking/biking...

My husband & I enjoyed relaxing in front of the pellet stove. & to our surprise, we even experienced our first snow of the season during our stay. So grateful for the hosts quick responses & recommendations for local restaurants & activities. I highly recommend this spot for your next family getaway!"
