「This is a very lovely, historical building. Our room was very spacious and had a whirlpool soaking tub in the bathroom, which my wife enjoyed each evening. The homemade snacks each night were delicious, and the breakfasts were amazing (and large)! The parking arrangements that weekend were a little strange because of the street construction project, but it all worked out fine. 」
「It is a nice hotel close to Cornell University. This hotel is located along the city center called "Ithaca Commons." Quiet, clean, hotel staff was very friendly, everything was fine. They have a shuttle to Cornell University and an airport. One front desk person should have told me about the presence of their shuttle to me, though. He did not tell me that their shuttle would take me to an airport so I had to cancel the cab in front of the hotel after a shuttle bus driver told me that. 」
「Just ok. Few outlets, wobbly lamp, no soap in room. No fruit or protein at breakfast. Watery coffee. Comfortable bed, good temperature control, nice hot water. Close to restaurants. 」
「This place is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and accomodating. The tent was clean, beautiful and spacious. Bath area was a tad famurther away from ourvtent, but the facilities were excellent. There were plenty of areas around the property to relax and enjoy nature, hammocks, pucnic tables, fire pit areas. Great trails for hiking. So close to downtown Ithaca, state parks,restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend visiting. 」
「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. Sure, it's only a 15min walk even dragging a suitcase, but not splendid as the start to a 27hr itinerary.
