「The staff was amazing. Courteous competent, and very helpful with everything. Loved our stay. Breakfast s were awesome on the patio overlooking the lake. Location was good just a short walk to Bellano, and just down the road from another city. Good access to the entire lake. Would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it.」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries. We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」

「コモの町からはかなり離れていて、車がないと行きにくい場所ですが、大変お薦めのホテルです。コモ湖を眺めながらのテラスでのお夕食が素敵でした。お料理も凝っていて、また是非お食事をしに訪れてみたいです。べラ－ジョまでの遊覧船の船着き場もすぐ近くにあります。夏がお薦めです。」
