「Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.」
「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio.
I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them.
Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
