Tilas House was conveniently located, was super comfy and clean. Emre as a host had excellent customer service and had a number of great suggestions for places to visit. The convenience of a kitchen was greatly appreciated and gave us the comfort of home while on vacation. We hope to visit again and strongly recommend this place.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. The host (Emre) really makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. My room as well as the common areas were stunning and beautifully curated. The area is safe, yet bustling and undoubtedly one of my favourite areas of Istanbul. Getting to the main attractions is also quite easy with the ferry so close by. There’s also plenty to experience in the neighbourhood itself. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Istanbul.

Beautiful Historical house, a truly Gem in Kadikoy. Property is beautiful inside and out. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. Felt like Home away from home. Mattress/pillows were comfortable, bathroom super cute and clean with good water pressure. The honors are super nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication was on point. Area is safe, walkable to many places such as restaurants, shops and transportation like ferries , buses, metro. You have everything you will need for your stay and more. Tilas house8 has a kitchen, washer and dryer, AC/heater. Highly recommend Tilas House#8 I’d most definitely stay again.

A warm house at the heart of Istanbul

We stayed 3 nights at Tilas House and are delighted of our journey. We really felt like at home, since we could use the common rooms of the hotel and have a nice chat with the owners. I highly recommend this place for people who like to rest after a long day of tourism and don’t want to feel like a number in a big building.

何か困ったこと起きたとき、ホストの方がすぐに相談に乗ってくれて、非常に助かりました。 室内はとても綺麗で居心地がよく、ホテル周辺は静かで夜もゆっくり休むことができました。 ホテルのロケーションも素晴らしく、徒歩で行ける距離にスーパーやレストランがあり、旧市街へ出れるカドキョイの港へも10分以内で行けました。 初めてのトルコ旅行でしたが、ホストの方々のおかげでとても充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 キッチンスペース、冷蔵庫、浄水器、食器類、洗濯機、ドライヤー、洗濯物干し、wifiなど全て自由に使うことができ、コーヒーマシンを使うこともできました。 旅行中は何も問題なく過ごすことができ、他の人にも強くおすすめできます。 もしわがままを一つ言えるなら、電子レンジがあるともっと便利になるのかもと思いました。 （もし私たちが見つけられていなかったらすみません。） またイスタンブールを旅行することがあった際は、必ずこのホテルに滞在するつもりです。

Otelde iki gece konakladım. Otel sahipleri Emre Bey ve eşi her konuda yardımcı oldu ve her gün durumumuzu öğrenmek istediler. Mutfak kısmında da aklınıza gelebilecek her türlü imkan mevcut. Çok memnun kaldım herkese tavsiye ederim. 🙏

Excellent hébergement : nous avions la chambre au dernier étage , 3 petites pièces avec salle de bain, belle décoration. Cuisine commune en bas, le tout très propre et tendance éco-responsable. Quartier très agréable, nombreux restos à proximité, déplacement très facile en bateau. Accueil très sympa et contact facile via Whatsapp.
