The location is very central but the hotel itself is not good. The rooms are very small and not clean. The comforter had stains on it. When I showed it to the hotel staff they got angry and took it away saying that they will replace it but never brought a different one. The bathroom was also not clean, and was even cracked on a few areas. The shower was leaking water. The cups that were in the room were extremely dirty and had cracks in it as well. The electric kettle cover was broken, I had to ask them for paper cups and a different kettle. Outside the room, there was a lot of trash that further soured my experience. My booking was for 5 days but it was so disappointing that I booked a different hotel and moved out after just 2 days.

Otel tam İstiklal Caddesi’nin merkezinde yer alıyor ve tarihi yerlere, turistik noktalara, alışveriş mağazalarına, kafelere ve restoranlara yürüyerek birkaç dakika içinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Metro ve toplu taşımaya yakın olması da büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Odalar oldukça modern, geniş ve çok temizdi. Yeni dekorasyonu sayesinde lüks bir atmosfer sunuyor. Personel son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi; girişten çıkışa kadar her konuda destek oldular. Hem İstanbul’u gezmek isteyen turistler hem de merkezi konum arayanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey çok düzenli ve profesyoneldi. Check-in işlemi hızlıydı, odalar sessiz ve rahattı. Özellikle yatakların konforu ve odadaki detaylar çok hoşumuza gitti. Taksim’e yakın olması ulaşım açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Çevrede birçok kafe ve restoran olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Personelin ilgisi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
