An dieser Unterkunft hat mir überhaupt nichts gefallen, ich war grauenhaft entäuscht über diese unzumutbaren Umstände. Das Zimmer war ekelerregend, wurde nie geputzt und war überhaupt nicht was uns verkauft wurde. Beim Eintreffen waren die Zimmer schon ungenutzt, überall gab es Haare von fremden Menschen.Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen aber ein Zimmer mit Aussischt auf ein Gebüsch, Baustellen und alte, heruntergekommene Gebäude. Im Hotel gibt es keine einzige Verpflegungsmöglichkeit, nicht mal einen Kaffee kann man dort trinken. Der Lift war immer wieder kaputt, bei der Abreise mussten wir unser Gepäck wegen dem Defekten Lift aus dem zweiten Stock herunterschleppen. Das Personal bzw. der einzige Angestellte war unfreundlich, begrüsste uns nicht und schlief oft einfach vor sich hin. Um 2 Uhr morgens wurden wir von diesem unfreundlichen Kasper geweckt, wo er uns beschuldigte, dass wir das Hotelzimmer nicht bezahlt hatten, es stellte sich heraus, dass er eine andere Familie suchte und nicht uns. Das einzige was gelungen an unserem Kurz-Urlaub war der Flug.

Als ich beim Hotel kam, das reservierte zimmer war noch nicht bereit, habe eine andere zimmer bekommen und hiess es, ich bin ein Tag zu früh gekommen. Später habe ich mitbekommen, dass sie mich verwechselt haben! Sie haben zu mir gesagt ich werde am nächsten Tag mein Zimmer bekommen, habe trotzdem mein zimmer nicht bekommen! Das Personal sehr unfreundlich, nasses Bett von die nässer tücher die drauf gelegen sind, keine heisses Wasser zum duschen etc. Ich war gezwungen mir eine anderes Hotel zu suchen. Habe nur eine nacht von 4 nächte übernachtet. Ich empfehle den leuten, an dieser Hotel nicht zu resevieren. KATASTROFE!!!!!!

Hicimos la reserva y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que la plataforma de hoteles.com les cobraba mucha comisión y no nos quisieron dar la habitación. Estubimos más de dos horas intentando que hoteles.com nos diera una solución pero no nos la dieron, nos tuvimos que ir 4 personas a buscar otro alojamiento y además nos han cobrado la noche. ¡¡Es inadmisible!!

Hôtel??? Je dirais plutôt t’audit

On arrive le premier soire les dras ne sont pas laver et une odeur... Je sort sur le balcons et je vois que c’est un balcon commun avec la chambre voisine pas de clef sur la porte les voisin on a ma chambre comme il le souhaite il calais rien laisser d’inportent Comme de l’argent oue l’es papier d’identité. Un câble électrique couper sur le balcon qui brulais (court circuis) j’appelle le responsable qui y connaissais rien j’ai due y dépanner moi même sinon l’hotel prenais dans la nuit. On entendais les voisin de la douche ou des wc car seulement une plaque métallique sur le plafon nous séparais Le pire hôtel que j’ais jamais vue (si on peut appeler sa un hôtel) quo donne une mauvaise image du magnifique pays et d’une magnifique villes . Conséquence j’ai été obliger de trouver et de changer d’hotel Dès le deuxième jours

Hotelværelse fint- personale forfærdeligt.

På expedia står der daglig rengøring af værelserne. Dette var ikke virkeligheden. På vores 6 dages ophold fik vi KUN rengøring på værelserne 3 dage, SELVOM vi afleverede nøglerne i receptionen. Derudover fik vi kun skiftet håndklæder EN enkelt gang under opholdet fordi vi bad om det! De 3 gange hvor der blev gjort ''rent'' på værelserne, var der stadig snavs og støv på gulvet og der blev ALDRIG fyldt op med toiletpapir- SELVOM rullen TYDELIGVIS var tom. Vi var nede og spørge efter toiletpapir 2-3 gange. Expedia skriver også der er gratis vand på flaske på værelserne. Dette er ikke sandt. Vi fik ikke vand en eneste gang. Derudover flabet og ekstremt uprofessionelt personale som lyver dig oppe i ansigtet.

Hotel ohne Charme und sehr hellhörig

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar einigermaßen in Ordnung, aber für 2 Personen fast schon zu klein. Im Badezimmer fließt das Dusch-Wasser unter der Toilette ab und die Lampenbeleuchtung rostet vor sich hin. Der Toiletten-Deckel ist defekt. Leider ist das ganze Hotel sehr hellhörig und es gibt Gäste die auf ein Ruhe-Bedürfnis nach 23 h keine Rücksicht nehmen. Bei unserem 4-Nächte Aufenthalt gab es nur 1 x Zimmer-Service, obwohl uns täglicher versprochen wurde. Bei Reklamation dazu hieß es: "Beachten Sie, dass Sie hier in einem 3 Sterne u. nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel wohnen". Meine Antwort: Das Hotel ist nicht mal ein 1 Sterne Hotel ! Bei meiner Buchung über die Suchmaschine "Trivago" wird das Titelbild eines wunderschönen anderen Hotels angezeigt. Der Hotelausdruck enthielt dann wieder eine andere Hotel-Fassaden-Ansicht. Der Gartenblick ist alles andere als schön (Müll)!

Hotel ohne Service!

Als ich mit meinem Kollegen im Hotel ankam, hatten wir eher gemischte Gefühle, was das Hotel anbetrifft. Nichts ahnend wurden wir in unser Zimmer geführt. Dort wollte man uns erstmal ein Zimmer anbieten, was nur ein Doppelbett enthielt, wobei wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten online gebucht hatten. Hier waren sie zwar kooperationsfreudig, was aber wahrscheinlich auf die Mängel der Gäste zurückzuführen war. Als wir uns später schlafen legten, ahnten wir nicht, was uns am Morgen erwartet. Bei der Temperatur draußen von grade mal 10 grad, hatten wir nur lauwarmes Wasser. Na klar, der Besitzer hat einfach das heiße Wasser abgestellt. Als wir mit ihm kommunizieren wollten, war niemand anwesend, der Englisch, geschweige denn türkisch sprechen konnte, wobei wir uns doch in der Türkei befanden. Die Kommunikation war selten erfolgreich möglich, da sich fast nie jemand im Hotel befand, der türkisch oder englisch sprechen konnte. Die Bewertung der Sauberkeit kommt durch den Mangel an Service zu Stande. Am Anfang war das Zimmer zwar sauber, jedoch ist es nicht lange so geblieben, weil nicht mal ein Tag ein Zimmerservice in das Zimmer eintrat um das Zimmer zu reinigen oder aufzuräumen, geschweige denn um frische Handtücher, Seife, Bezüge oder Toilettenpapier vorbeizubringen. Schon wieder klar, wir mussten es uns natürlich selber holen, was uns natürlich wieder *ACHTUNG IRONIE AN* einen unheimlichen Spaß bereitete, denn der Besitzer war ja eingeschränkt, was die Kommunikation betrifft.

There was an Initial mix up with the address. But a phone call by my taxi driver solved all that. Not to mention I got lost on almost every occasion I left the hotel with all the twist and turns In the street at night it was worse, But with the help of people the staff came to get me where ever I was which was sometimes just a few turns away. To me that said a lot.
