Full unobstructed view of the sea from the room balcony, extremely helpful and friendly staff, close to the Blue Mosque and all the restaurants around.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room had a lovely sea view and was very spacious. The staff were really kind and helpful, and there was a nice rooftop with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The location was great — only a short walk from Sultanahmet Square and the tourist sites, which was really convenient."

Highly recommended

It was my first family trip to Istanbul. Had a wonderful experience of staying at this property. Everything was perfect- the room was clean, staff friendly, location convenient and good breakfast. Our host Hassan was amazing. I would highly recommend this property for family trips to Istanbul.

Comfortable Stay

Hasan and team were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their help finding the places to see and the where to eat! Some of the rooms are smaller so I recommend getting the family room if not traveling as a couple.

We loved our stay at Sea House Suites! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with booking tours and giving directions. Breakfast options were limited but the food was good and the view is unmatched! The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected but very clean. Most of the things to see (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar) are all within a 10 mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance so definitely worth the stay!

Highly recommended!

Our stay in this hotel was amazing from the beginning till check-out, and even after! The room was clean and comfortable, and had a miracle view (the same view also on terrace where was breakfast served). Employees Mr.Iyed and Mr.Tursun are very polite, helpfull and the MOST important - Perfect speaking english! The Suites are also close from all touristic places: 12 min walk to Sultan Akhmet Mosque etc. I can highly recommed this place to stay, cause the service and location were the best if compare to other places we've stayed.

Excellent customer service provided by both Hassan and Iyad . The property needs a bit of an upgrade in the rooms which will pay off at the end of the day . Larger TVs in rooms are needed, checks on tv remotes needed , improvement on the very limited breakfast provided by introducing new items and removing other unnecessary items which won’t cost the owners any extra money and will reflect positively on guests’ stays.

Our family of 4 stayed at this place for a full week in end of April 2025. Three guys at the front desk are fluent in English, are very friendly, cordial and responsive, and assisted us a lot in planning our days. I spoke with owner even before we got there, and he presented different airport transfer option. Then the front desk staff arranged for rides of our choice both ways, Daily breakfast on roof top with views was good with a variety of options to choose from. The nice lady who manages the kitchen does not speak English, but she was very easy to connect to through other staff or online translations. Room had attached bathroom, and had views of water and even some of city. Room was cleaned daily and beds were comfortable. Overall, a positive experience. Owner and staff keep up the good work!

Excellent hotel !!

We feel very thankful for all the attention, we feel very happy to choose this hotel, the location its very good, its very near from everything, the rooms are very comfortables and its very clean,all the people who works in the hotel are very kind and they help you with everything that you need, we book at the beginning for 7 days and then we decided to extended for 6 days more, thank you for making us feel at home.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits à sea suite, pour une première à Istanbul, c’était parfait. L’hôtel est proche de toutes attractions touristiques, vraiment bien situé. Great place to stay and will go back again !

Spent a lovely week at the Sea house which is very well located and in walking distance to a lot of attractions, the hosts were amazing and we would definitely go back to stay again !
