Hotell de bom custo-benefício. Excelente localização, com funcionários muito prestativos, disponíveis 24h por dia, sempre auxiliando no que for preciso. O quarto é de acordo com o esperado, como as fotos do anúncio.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning, and were even offered complimentary breakfast on arrival. On departure they even gifted us a small package of Turkish delight.

Everyone at Pruva Otel was very helpful and very welcoming. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and from many other attractions in Istanbul. Transport are very close as well. The hotel breakfast is ok and has a good selection of food. The room was very clean. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Mohammed and Ferhat the receptionist were very kind.

It was a most enjoyable trip. The location of the hotel was excellent And the service and attitude from the hotel. it was great !!! There is no doubt that we will return to him. Admittedly, it is in the old city and not in the ceremonies, but we were 7 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, which should not be missed, and even so, you take a taxi that costs a few cents everywhere, so I'm glad we chose a hotel that was actually far away.

Lovely hotel - pleasant rooms, very comfprtable beds and rooms with AC! Excellebt levels of cleanliness, and staff were all amazing - friendly, had greay recommendations and were very informative. Excellent communication too - they were in touch before our holiday which was great. Excellent location in Sultanahmet - a short walk from the key sites of Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The tram stop in Sultanahmet also meant it was very easy to go further afield. The area is great - lots of places to eat, and a very lovely vibe in the evenings. Lots of people around so being out and about later in the evening felt very safe and social. Strongly recommend staying at Pruva - it really made our holiday extra special.

Please stay away from this property! Especially if you’re traveling with your family. I booked 2 rooms for my family last week at this location and on the very first night one of the bathrooms shower cabin door fell and shattered all over the bathroom while my sister was in the shower! She had tiny pieces of glass all over her body and was bleeding due to cuts on her body. The bathrooms are already super cramped and I’m glad no kids were in the shower while it happened. We went to the management and reported them the incident right away but they had no other rooms available at the moment. We ended up checking out right away and checked in to another hotel across the street thinking that the management would take care of this issue and at least refund us for this room since they had nothing else available and nobody to take care of all the shattered glass all over the bathroom and the entrance. We spoke to the manager and asked him to at least refund us for that 1 room but he was not helpful at all. We would have stayed in that hotel even after that incident happened if they had another room available but since it was around midnight and they didn’t have anything available we had to go find something else and move there instead. The hotel management wanted us to come back and stay there again because they finally had something available and didn’t want to refund us the money for the room. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

I had the most surreal experience ever. We arrived at midnight, checked in: the room has a huge patch of mold on the shower. The air is unbreathable in the room. I ask if it's possible to change room as I have allergic asthma. The receptionist (very kind) tells us that he can try to change the room the next day. Since it was late, I decide to accept. So I decide to go to bed, the bed was FULL of hair. I go back to reception and tell them to give me new sheets and that I would help changing them. We remove the dirty sheets and surprise: the bed is full of stains and hair everywhere. I refuse to sleep in this bed. Strangely the guy now finds another room, he shows it to me, the air is more unbreathable than before because of the mold. Here I lose patience, I refuse to spend money on them and ask for another room. He says they are overbooked and that the only solution is to take the room where I can’t breathe. I ask to find a partner hotel. He can't find it and suddenly there is a solution: give us the money back (before it was not possible). We had to look for a hotel at three in the morning on our own, walking and entering each hotel because after midnight it is no longer possible to book a room for "the day before". At 3:00 I check in another hotel (which costs double, the only one available nearby) and I write to the previous hotel to complain. This manager decides well to take revenge for my email-complaint BY CALLING ME 5 CONSECUTIVE TIMES AT 7 AM TO INSULT AND OFFEND US.

Good hotel in historical part of Istanbul.

Good hotel in historical part of Istanbul,spacious rooms with good amenities,very clean. Lobby has a good vibe,good dining hall with lovely little patio. Certainly recommend this hotel,would have stayed longer,but unfortunately prices had risen considerably high the next day I inquired,though the price quoted was for different room.

Great Hotel in Istanbul Close to Everything!

Great little hotel in Istanbul that is close to everything! The man on the reception was so friendly and polite, and there are wonderful restaurants just about two blocks from the hotel. All the major tourist attractions are also very close and you can even park your car right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul! It's also very close to the water!

Harika bir butik otel, odası tertemiz ve genişti. Oldukça da konforluydu. Yatak başlıklarında telefon şarj etmek için konulan priz iyi düşünülmüş bir ayrıntı. Sultanahmet’e oldukça yakın bulunduğu muhit çok nezih. Çalışanlar da işlerini severek yapıyor. Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık, teşekkür ederiz.

Отличный отель, понравилось все: удачное местоположение (тихая улочка, при этом рядом все достопримечательности старого города, масса ресторанов и кафе), приятные номера, чистота (уборка ежедневно), очень дружелюбный, приветливый и готовый прийти на помощь в решении любых вопросов персонал! Завтраки вкусные, единственное пожелание - сделать их более разнообразными. В отеле жили с ребёнком 7 лет, удобно, что есть номера с полноценной кроватью для детей. В общем, отелем остались очень довольны! Вернемся ещё!

Excellent room for the price. Although small, the room was very ergonomic and the bathroom (again small) was much better than what one usually encounters in Turkey in the <$100 price range. Beds (queen and twin) were easy to push together to make a King size bed so plenty of sleeping room. Staff was willing to heat up the breakfast dining room for us so we could eat our takeout food in comfort. All in all an excellent experience.
