The Pell Palace is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. During our stay, they accomodated our early morning arrival and our early morning departure. The cafe on site is a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee, tea or local beer. A transit stop is nearby and there is small grocery store nearby as well. Plenty of dining options and walkable to the Blue Mosque and surrounding area although I recommend taking the light rail back.

Clean, central, good breakfast, friendly staff

The staff was really helpful and gave us a few great suggestions for local restaurants, shops and activities. They were very generous with their time, and the cleaning staff was also very nice.

Very close to all major sites in Istanbul. Food outlets very close within walking distance. Tram station close by. Close to restaurants. The staff made the stay in the hotel worthwhile, very polite and helpful. Special mention of Kadri and Ozgun.

Close to the centre and to the bus stop. The area is a bit noisy and dirty. Difficult place for the taxi to reach.

You can walk from a lot of dining and tourist areas from this hotel. It is clean and quiet. The staff was all friendly. They answered all of our questions and they even suggested a lot of things to do in Istanbul. They also offered us tea while waiting to be checked in. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony. They also have a spa (which we didn't get to use due to time). There's a grocery across the hotel too.

we had a short stay but in that short stay we felt very welcomed and supported in any way. the reception personnel is very kind and helpful. i would definitely return there at my next trip. everything is just so inviting about this hotel. the only drawback is that it is impossible to get to the hotel by taxi due to central position of the place, but the helpful personnel have helped us with our numerous bags a lot by accompanying us to the taxi stop, 5 min walk or so. plus, the public transport is just around the corner. thanks so much, dear Pell Palace stuff. i hope to stay again in your hotel soon. byeee

Our flight was delayed, we arrived late, but still OK the young receptionist even took us to a near by restaurant which was still open in the mid night. After a long day we found the shower drain was blocked was unable to take a shower, we told the receptionist he was quickly solved the problem. The hotel is a bit old, the worse thing was you can hear next door talking, taking showers while singing 😅, if they put music on you can hear clearly too. The day time receptionist Ufuk was very helpful, he gave us a lot of information and advice about the area. Every time we had a question or problem, he can sort out rapidly. The hotel is 3 stars, the service we received was 5 stars.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, initially booked in a double room. Due to maintenance, the hotel generously upgraded us to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable with both a queen and a single bed. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, with modern decor and a bidet, an excellent feature for Muslim travelers. The hotel's location is ideal, with major attractions and a variety of restaurants just a few hundred meters away. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of choices, adding value to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel staff, particularly Kadri and Ufuk, were exceptionally hospitable. They ensured our stay was comfortable, offering clear communication and fantastic travel arrangements, including affordable private transfers and cruise options. One small note: reaching the hotel by car can be a bit tricky due to its location in a hilly area with narrow roads. Some drivers might find it challenging, though it is certainly not impossible. Additionally, do not be misled by the darkness at night in the neighborhood; the hotel itself is very safe and secure. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, facilities, and prime location. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Super Wellnessangebot. Die Zimmer sehr einfach aber ok. Allerdings etwas veraltet. Sehr hellhörig. Türen knallen sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig aber mit Pommes und Chicken Nuggets sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Qualität eher sehr mittelmäßig. Bedienung im Frühstücksbereich sehr faul und gelangweilt. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber super für alle Touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
