I don’t know where to start. Everything at this property is bad. During the check-in, the guy at the counter said the credit card machine does not work. They will fix it next day. I can pay cash if credit card does not work. The next night, I asked again if the credit card machine got fixed. He said no, it is better to pay cash. I felt that they did not even try to fix the credir card machine. They want customers to pay in cash only. I had to exchange money only to pay for this hotel. The lift is so so small that it barely fits two people witg luggages. Even the lobby smells like urine. The room is super small and the water from the sink comes in yellow color. The basin in the bathroom clogs really quickly. The drain pipe in the basin leaks water. In our second day, the bulb in the room went out. We called the reception and one guy came in to replace the bulb. We shared all the problems with him. He said he will take care of it next day but he was not even there. The guys who sit in the reception change every day. They do not understand or speak English which is fine, but they do not want to help at all. We all heard that turkish breakfast is really huge and good. This place is a disgrace for turkish breakfastz We decided not to go for breakfast after the first day. The night before our checkout, we asked the receptionist if we can store our luggage after checkout. He said yes, but next morning a different guy said we can not store the luggage.

Receptionist was really unfriendly. Very rude and unpolite.Music from the roof terrace was so loud and awakes us every morning at 7 o'clock. In couple of occasions we asked for a room cleaning and in our 10 days staying we get only once... Overall what you see is what you get... Avoid this hotel, and everything what was worth was the position and the view everything else was a disaster... 1/10

Manzarası güzel gürültü çok odalar küçük..

Fiyat ve bölge olarak iyi diyebiliriz. Fakat odayı son kattan secmekle hata yaptik sanırım :) manzarası güzel fakat teras restaurant olduğu icin gürültü gec saate kadar devam etti. Asansörün sesini saymıyorum bile.

Absolutely terrible experience for the money you pay. We booked deluxe room which was small, destroyed and smelled bad. The tv was not working. The heating was not working as well.The air condition had only one option-20 degrees, hence was very cold during the night. The curtains was falling down as the certain rod was broken and we had to repair it.The breakfast was included in the price, however in the morning we were informed that the hotel is not able to serve breakfast, as the staff won't come at work this day. Avoid this hotel. They are so many hotels in Istanbul which have better conditions for this money.

Всем добрый день)) хочу рассказать о гостинице, в начале было недорозумение из за языкового барьера, так как деньги уже ушли с карточки, а позвонив в гостиницу сказали ещё что то оплачивать, я была в шоке , через несколько часов когда пришел более менее русскоговорящий менеджер разобрались, но эти несколько часов запомнила на всегда! А так гостиница отличная, персонал вежливый, культурный, все очень чисто, я даже не ожидала! Завтрак отличный и это все за такие не большие деньги))) благодарю Гостиницу, если буду в Стамбуле обязательно только к вам!

Improvements could/ should be tea/coffee in the room or at least a bottle of water. Breakfast should be of your own choosing and not a plate already made up of the hotel's chosen food items for you. Choice to use the coffee machine the way you want. Rooms are small but OK and there is no mention that the staircases do not have handrails ( very poor for people who need that security) these said staircases are those circular stairs ones which are very narrow.

The staff were helpful and tried the best they can to leave a good impression but their kindness is wasted in the wrong place 1.the hotel didn't warn us that he didn't accept our online payment its gd that we had cash on arrival 2. The room is nothing like the picture not even close! It barely fits one person and you cant open ur bags 3.the bathroom roof was leaking for 4 days 4. The breakfast is very poor 5.you have to ask many times to get your room cleaned fyi they only change the sheets The only good thing is the terrace view

The staff tried to help, but it was overbearing at times. The hotel was nice, and the room was worth the value, but there was some obvious dirtiness in spots like behind the couch. Room phones didn't work.
