Really nice hotel, whilst i am inclined to say nothing negative was experienced there were some small things which would help improve further. A menu at breakfast, price list and treatment options written down on paper at the spa so you can see exactly what is on offer. I almost felt like i was going in blind and not knowing what to expect.

No refund policy even in extraordinary conditions

A big earthquake occured in İstanbul couple of hours before my reservation. Hotel didn’t inform me about anything. I stayed in a safe public place for the night. İ contacted with Hotels.com about my request for cancelling the reservation. Customer service told me that Hotel Emirhan Palace will not refund any money. As result i lost money even if i didn’t get informed by them. I am a customer and im not happy at all.

Nereden baslayip nerede bitirecegimi bilmiyorum gercekten Otelin sadece 2 artisi var guler yuzlu personeli ve iyi bir masörünün olmasi Otel cok eski gorunuyor ve her yeri yikilacakmis gibi Suit odamizdaki banyoda jacuzzi den berbat bir lağam kokusu geldi duş cesmesi calismiyordu camlar okadar kirliydi ki bogaz manzarasi varmiyd diye dusundurdu , Acik bufe kahvalti beklerken tabak servisi vardi ve vasattı, Teras kapaliydi, Karsidaki döküntü apartmanda sabaha kadar tinerciler tedirgin etti !! Kesinlikle Restorasyon gerekli … Bu fiyata bu konaklama olmaz !

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht. Für Toilettenpapier musste ich jeden Tag anrufen und eine Rolle ins Zimmer bringen lassen. Der Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig , ich musste jeden Tag den Hotelservice anrufen um es öffnen zu lassen.

The only thing we didn't like was lack of breakfast options, being a diabetic didn't get much healthy options. The second thing the beds were not comfortable could not sleep well throughout the stay. It just felt too warm. The staff and manager were lovely and helpful.

Kaldığım 4. kat 406 numaralı oda çok güzeldi ama malesef saat 20.00 sıralarıda yatar odasının duvar dibinde çok rahatsız edici gider kokusu gelmeye başladı. Aralıklarla gider kokusu gelioy o odadan, ya da başka odalarda vardır. Dikkate almanızı rica ediyoruz. onun haricinde konaklamamız çok güzeldi. Receptionda ki karşılayan beyefendi çok kibardı.

The hotel is really nice, but if you have any health conditions I wouldn’t recommend staying emrahan hotel, they will watch you crying and dying for pain. Any emergency situations they don’t help. Furthermore, some of the rooms the wifi don’t work and they kept telling me it will work for 6 days and then told me my last day the issue is your room move to another room.
