When I booked this hotel, I didn’t know how much I was going to love it. Located steps away from the Galata tower, we booked a room with the tower view and it did not disappoint. Right below your room are restaurants boasting some of the tastiest food, and cute stores. It is a very touristy area, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by even late into the night. The staff were all so helpful and kind, greeting us with a smile and fresh water bottles whenever we needed. Breakfast at a very nearby hotel was also delicious. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, hotel des arts Galata is the place to stay!!

Great experience! Excellent location within walking distance to many attractions. Located in a busy area but noise didn't interfere with having a good night rest. Staff was amazing! The room was compact and perfect for my needs. The bed was super comfortable bathroom spotless and the location was amazing. The Reception staff Mehmet and his female colleague went above and beyond helping me with directions. I was recovering from surgery and this was just the perfect spot. Yes the area is lively but I loved the energy and as a female lone traveler felt safe at all times. Book this gem if travelling to Istanbul.
