Rating: 3/5 Stars (Good / Average) Title: Decent budget stay, but dated and basic Pros: * Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well-maintained. * Location: Once you get to the main street, the location is good. It is about a 700-meter walk to the metro station. Cons & Things to Know: * Hidden Location: The hotel is an old property located at the end of a dead-end alley, roughly 400 meters away from the main street. * Communication Issues: Do not expect a reply if you try to contact them via email. On-site, English is very limited among the staff, with only one person speaking it fluently. * Amenities & Atmosphere: The breakfast was just okay. The lobby is old-fashioned and lacks any modern updates. Poor wifi * Guest Demographics: The vast majority of the guests during my stay were from Middle Eastern and North African countries. Final Verdict: It is a functional, clean place to sleep if you just need a base near the metro, but do not expect modern with western standard.

Nice, clean hotel conveniently located.

Clean and quiet, newly renovated hotel in unique location in Sisli, close to metro station. Just one stop to Taksim Square. Staff provide excellent service from front desk to food service and housekeeping. Excellent parks and shopping nearby. Family friendly.

Unheimlich herzliches und freundliches Personal. Kleineres, familiäres Hotel. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Leckeres Frühstück. 10min zu Fuß zu der Metro Station. Perfekt gelegen für Osmanbey Großhandel-Straßen.

I was impressed by how immaculately clean my room was upon arrival and after each visit from housekeeping. Thank you, ladies! Breakfast looked great although I don't eat breakfast but for those who do, you'll be happy. The hotel was fairly quiet. The only negative I experienced- and it was kind of a big one-was when I needed a taxi to get to my medical appointment, the gentleman at the front told me the clinic would pick me up and just to wait. I asked for a taxi again but he reassured me that all of the clinics send transportation. I waited 20 minutes. I contacted the clinic and they told me I need to find my own transportation. At that point it was already 10:00 which was my appointment hour. Front desk did then call me a taxi. It canceled. They called another taxi. It canceled. I ended up walking 15 minutes on a sprained foot. I arrived 45 minutes late to my 10:00 appointment. This appointment was the whole purpose I flew to Istanbul from the US.

Top Service ! I would highly recommend it !

Thank you for the very nice experience during my stay with my family, the hotel is very clean and well looked after, for the price it is a very good option ! one of the main points that would make me come back is the service from the staff of this hotel, honestly every single person who works at this property is super nice and always very helpful and welcoming ! Special call out to Kenan who is mainly at the breakfast buffet, he was amazing, service oriented person that is always doing above and beyond his tasks, Thanks again for an amazing stay :)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider war der Ausblick des Balkons gegen den Hinterhof gerichtet, somit konnte man diesen nicht genießen. Außerdem war nur 1 Stuhl auf dem Balkon. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

الاقامة بشكل عام اعطيها تقدير جيد جدا مستوى البوفيه متوسط وغير متنوع وثابت وقليل الانواع طلبي كان غرفه لي ٥ اشخاص واعطوني غرفتين غير اللي طلبتها بسبب عدم توفر طلبي الاستقبال ممتاز وخصوصا الاخ علي متعاون جدا وبشكل عام جميع العاملين متعاونيين موقع الفندق جيد لقربه من مجمع جواهر عشر دقائق مشي وبجانبه بقاله

Très bon hôtel

Personnel accueillant, compétent et sympathique. Hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations et impeccables. Séjour d'une nuit entre 2 avions, ils ont accepté que nous prenions le petit-déjeuner le jour de l'arrivée plutôt que le lendemain matin car nous partions à 5h30 du matin. De même, la chambre était prête alors nous avons pu la prendre avant 14h. Seul bémol, face à la mosquée, donc on entend trop bien l'appel à la prière.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location!

Out of the several hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul, Halifaks Hotel was the best. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with lots is variety. I had an amazing experience at Halifaks Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! Special thanks to Ali who reserved a big van for my family so we could go to the airport. Also a big thanks to Salim, Abdullah, and Hassan! They all contributed to making our stay so lovely. My family will definitely be returning to Halifaks!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilk izlenimlerim gayet iyi . tuvalette klozet üzerinde lekeler olması ve odamda böcek görmek kaşınmama sebep oldu. Kahvaltı iyi diyemem daha iyi olabilir.

When I arrived there they told us that we only have 1 room despite booking 2 and that they need the other room to give it to someone else because when they tried to reach me by phone I was not answering as I was on the plane.

الصراحه الفندق عادي ولكن موظفة الريسبشين أخلاقها سيئه ومصابة أنا حجزت ودفع قبل الاقامه وعند المغادرة حاولت إقناعي ان موقع هوتل لم يحصل الفاتوره وأخذت مني مبلغ الاقامة بعدها قدمت لها دليل على الدفع من البنك وارتبكت ورجعت الفلوس

started badly, ended greatly!

it all began badly. we paid 54 euro per night for each room (for 3 nights). for me, my dad and his wife, my fiances parents, my fiances sister. But we didnt get what we paid for. I dont know if it was because of Hotels.com or because of misunderstanding between the hotel and us. however, we told them after our 3 nights that we werent happy. me and ny fiancee were by now ready to stay a couple of more nights. The hotel staff reacted quickly and very professionally. The staff were extraordinary. so kind and so service minded. specilly the afternoon staff, and the young lady in the reception. Even though our stay started with dissappointment, it ended with big smile of satisfaction. The hotel rooms are nice, the only bad thing was that it wasnt really soundproof. But all the other things were great. I would like too thank the staff, very nice and helpfull. I would definetly consider going back to Halifaks Hotel. I hope they read this! thank you!

Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück super. Ruhige Lage ( Sackgasse) Bett war sehr bequem. Es ist zum weiterempfehlen.
