Great hotel & great staff close to all major sights

Fantastic family-run hotel where they paid attention to our every need. We enjoyed the fabulous breakfast on the roof-top terrace as well as the snacks and wine each evening. It saved us lots of money on restaurants.

Te sientes en casa

A pesar de ser un hotel pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario. Nos hicieron upgrade de habitacion. Te sientes como en casa. Mohamed y Johann quienes estan encargados de la recepcion, estan siempre atentos a lo que puedas necesitar. Te ayudan copn todo. Son excelentes. Puesto que el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la mezquita azul, se escucha un poco de ruido en la calle, pero no vas a encontrar quietud. Adicional, en la noche ya no se escucha nada. Volveriadefinitivamente a hospedarme alli. Lo unico es que el internet no es muy bueno. Tienes que ir al lobby para que funcione mejor

位置不错，离蓝色清真寺等景点较近，但刚去酒店位置不好找，也比较小，像个多层家庭旅馆，价格和房间大小、设施等相比可能会让你失望，性价比不如正儿八经的酒店甚至更贵。前台服务还算不错，顶层露台早餐视野挺好，一边对着蓝色清真寺顶，一边可望海。

Best of Turkish Hospitality!

Excellent hotel and amazing staff that made our stay really great! Our room with hamam was kept clean and stocked with essentials everyday by the wonderful housekeeping. Thanks especially to Yohan who always helped us out by answering our questions and providing honest suggestions and advice!! Hotel is at a prime location; walking distance to all the tourist attractions such as the Topkapi palace and Agia Sophia. It also has an amazing restaurant and mini mart next door to the left if you are in need of essentials or a quick bite. Best point has a delicious and hearty breakfast everyday on the topmost floor as well as great panoramic views. No elevator but staff will help you with luggage if necessary. They also provide tea time and snacks from 2-7pm which is very convenient for a pick me up. One minor complaint was we had a very limited selection of English channels to watch on the TV, so never really could use it on the rainy days. But thankfully they have fast, free Wi-fi so we enjoyed our Netflix shows instead. Single laptop and printer is available for use in the lobby. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Best point hotel provides an authentic Turkish experience at a great value. We would absolutely love to stay here again on future trips to Istanbul! Thanks for a great experience and first impression of Istanbul!

The hotel is located on a great street.. quiet at one end and active on the other end. The staff are friendly and won't spare the effort to help you. The breakfast had many varieties that I didn't see in all of the hotels I stayed at during this trip.. so I would strongly recommend to stay there.. as you also get to be very close from Sultan Ahmet.. love it. And one thing the hotel cab consider.. I just better pillows

Me and my partner stayed here for one week. The staff were all very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel close to all the main attractions. A lovely hotel and staff.

It was my best experience I've ever had with a hotel. The locale is turistic and close to many restaurants. It's really clean and comfortable. Breakfasts at terrace are great with a nice view to Blue mosque and the sea. Staff are extremely nice and hospitable and made our stay so special and memorable. I will defenately stay there again and highly recommend it to those who are looking for a nice experience.

Nice little hotel in a great location.

We didn't know what to expect as the driver searched narrow streets for the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel when he found if. We were travel weary and Johan immediately made us feel very welcome. Upgraded our room for free. Gave us the name of an excellent restaurant and a shop for last minute shopping close by. We were on our way home, but the hotel is very close to major cultural sites in Istanbul. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

Great location and value, wonderful staff!

Manager and all staff at Best Point are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and immaculate. Robust breakfast meant I could skip lunch. Great value and I will definitely stay there next time I travel to Istanbul.

4 nätter på Best Point

Vi bodde i ett av svitrummen i annexet. Rummet var stort, rent och praktiskt samt fint inrett! Läget var perfekt, nära till severdheter och mitt i gamla stan. Ingen trafik utanför hotellet och inga oljud utifrån. Receptionisten i annexet var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vid ankomst bjöds vi på välkomstdricka och meze. Meze samt rött och vitt vin fanns att hämta i lobbyn varje dag. Frukosten hade ett stort och gott utbud och den färskpressade apelsinjuicen var toppen! Minus för att det fanns en svag lukt av avlopp på rummets toalett. Hotellet rekommenderas inte för personer som har problem att gå i trappor, ingen hiss finns upp till frukostrestaurangen fyra våningar upp. Allt som allt ett väldigt trevligt hotell, åker vi till Istanbul igen lär vi stanna på detta hotell.

Instanbul Delight

Superb Stay. Lovely hotel in the heart of it all. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the Blue Mosque and it was so scenic going to sleep and waking up with the mosque in our view. What makes this hotel superb is really simple- the staff. From the moment you walk in, till check out, they go out of their way to take special care of you. Loved the afternoon snacks and I can't even begin to complement the morning breakfast- unlike any other!

Perfect 5 star hotel facilities stay at Istanbul

The rooms were clean and made up everyday. One amazing thing was the service by hotel staff and the view of Blue Mosque during the terrace breakfast. This hotel also provides you with 4-5 different bath soaps to try out, which is really a good way to know what you like before you buy Istanbul soaps. Amazing view, good service and comfortable stay.
