The Hotel managers ignore requests in chat and do not reply to messages. We didn't manage to come to this trip, unfortunately,- I wrote to them explaining the situation of emergency I had, asking to refund the money - they just skipped Expedia's Managers' phone calls as well as my messages. It is a very poor experience. Moreover we stayed at the hotel before and I would certainly stay more in the future, but they have very bad loyalty to regular customers.. so I would find a new hotel for staying in for future trips.
So when there are no issues - it is OK, but if a customer has some difficulty noone will never help , and even reply to you from Aspera Hotel Golden Horn.please keep this in mind when you book with them
