Öncelikle odamız yeşile bakmayıp camiye ve mega-apartmanlara bakması dışı da tam fotoğraflarda gösterilen özelliklere sahipti. İlk gün arandım ve bir isteğim olup olunmadığı soruldu, karşımızdaki dairede gün içerisinde birkaç saatlik bir tadilat vardı ve biz de evden çalıştığımızdan sıkı tı yaşadık, bunu dile getirdim mümkünse odamız değiştirilsin diye fakat müsait oda olmayışı dolayısıyla değişmedi. Birkaç gün daha bu devam etti. Televizyon kumandası kayıptı, bunu da dile getirdik, hemen cevap verildi ve gönderildi. İletişim konusunda saat farketmeksizin hep yardımcı oldular. Toplu taşımaya yokuş yukarı 14 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve marketler de aynı mesafede. Fiyat-performans olarak çok iyi bir otel. Sadece odamız fotoğraflardaki açılır kapanır kapılara sahip değil de tamamen kapalıydı, dolayısıyla ev biraz daha küçük hissettiriyordu, onun dışında çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Konum olarak mükemmel. Rahatlık ve temizlik yeterli seviyede. Mobil uygulamalı anahtarda uygulama kaynaklı sorun yaşadım. Konukevi gibi değil, bir daire gibi düşünmek lazım. Konakladığım dairede mutfak malzemeleri neredeyse eksiksiz varken; içecek su, sabun ve tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Binanın otoparkı on beş günlük konaklamadan daha az konaklamaya kapatılmış. Binanın önünde boş yer bulursanız park ediyorsunuz. Bana hep boş yer denk geldi. 1-3 kişilik konaklama için uygun.
