We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels and the staff is absolutely great. They were always helpful and friendly. Only thing I’d recommend is not getting a street facing room (at least on the lower levels) if you’re a light sleeper. It gets pretty loud and that was my biggest issue. So stick to a higher floor and you will be okay

On the first day of our arrival, the receptionist expressed his annoyance because we booked through the Expedia app, and accordingly, he chose a crappy room for us in the corner of the corridor. When I tried to object and talk to him about a room change, he denied that there were any vacant rooms, even though I entered and found many reservations still available. He tried to ignore me by taking a call and left me standing in front of the desk as if I was begging him, even though I was there before he took the call and there was no response. I left him and returned to the room the next day. They did not provide the room with daily necessities such as soap and others. It was a bad stay and a bad customer service and i made a mistake in choosing based on the fake pictures of the rooms in the app. . I will never repeat it and I do not recommend it.

Mein Zimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber und ordentlich. Nach Reinigung des Zimmers musste ich einmal feststellen, dass ich einen gefleckten Badetuch bekommen habe. Bei einem Fünf Sterne Hotel und den Preis darf sowas eigentlich nicht passieren. Auch wenn die Auswahl beim Frühstück vielfältig war, mangelte es an der Qualität. Es gab beispielsweise mehrere Käsesorten, die sich jedoch täglich ähnlich und ausgetrocknet waren. Verschimmelte Tomaten haben mich auch schockiert. Das Personal war immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Küchenbereich kann die Qualität schon besser sein.

A part l'emplacement, rien de bien. Nous n'avons même pas eu les chambres que nous avions réservées, 2 chambres luxe vue sur mer !! La réponse que nous avons eue, les chambres sont occupées. Know what room your getting before hand.

Originally they put me in a standard room when I paid for a luxury room. I brought this to their attention and they made up for this by putting me into a room that was a larger suite with a panoramic view. I was only able to use that room 3 days out of the 4 I paid for. They had me move to a standard room again for my 4th day but I once again brought this to their attention and they put me in the original room I had booked. Both rooms were beautiful it just was an inconvenience to have to change multiple times and it made me apprehensive about how they manage their rooms.
