The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially as we were gathering with family who had traveled from various countries for a reunion. They thoughtfully arranged for us to be placed in nearby rooms, which made our experience even more convenient.
Housekeeping was always polite and professional, with a special mention to Arzu, who stood out with her excellent service. Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable.
The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool each day, where the facilities were not only clean but luxurious.

"Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel. One disappointment was the pool area where there was one help and he was not available all the time. "
