"Room was very large, clean and nicely decorated. A little noisy unti 9.45 but we were aware of this ahead of time. After 9 it was very quiet. Did not have an ocean few but motel is just a few yards from the sandy beach. Would stay here again if in the area."

"Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear is available in the back shed. If you have young children, you can walk for blocks to 29th St. and enjoy the play area."

"The home is wonderful with many amenities. The ocean is visible from the property and the beach is only a few minutes walk. Communication with Island Realty was easy and pleasant. The only cleanliness issue I had was that there was pet hair on the cushioned furniture by the pool. A few suggestions that would secure a repeat stay for us would be to have the option for a heated pool, a couple of memory foam mattress toppers available for guests that don't prefer firm mattresses, and upgrade to 2 ply toilet paper! "

It has become our go-to spot for our annual girls getaway, and this year marked our 5th year renting through East Islands — we’re already planning our 6th.The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable. With six bedrooms, it’s perfect for our group of six because everyone has their own private space, while still having wonderful areas where we can gather together and enjoy time as a group. The layout really makes it ideal for a friends’ getaway.The elevator is such a great feature, especially when bringing luggage or groceries upstairs. Every deck has beautiful views, which we enjoyed throughout the day — from morning coffee to evening conversations.The heated pool and hot tub are absolute must-haves and one of our favorite parts of the house. After a day out and about, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Makes a great spot for your morning coffee too - coffee in the hot tub - ahhhhThe home truly has everything you could want for a fantastic getaway, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and enjoyable for guests.We’ve had such wonderful experiences with East Islands Rentals, and 2916 Palm has become part of our Girls Week tradition. "Best host interaction and location; host was incredibly nice and responsive. The house is ok. Cheap furniture and beds, dirty sitting chairs, tiny bathrooms, but had comfy sofas and two big tvs. "

"The house was PERFECT for a group of 8 moms getting away. Many of us saved the listing because it would be perfect for families too. The bedrooms were BEAUTIFUL. There wasn’t a bad room - even those of us sharing the bunk room slept well. Being on the beach was a dream, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and read, but an equal number of spaces to gather and hang out. The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, and sandwich shop were all within walking distance. Overall, we can’t say enough great things about this property. Our only regret was not staying longer!"

"We rented this lovely home for our son's wedding I weekend. It was definitely a comfortable stay! The beds were great. There was extra bedding and pillows. The pantry had all the pans and serving platters, small appliances, and bakeware you would need,which was extra appreciated since I was prepping food and baking a lot for wedding stuff. It was not warm enough to make use of the pool since we didn't want to pay for having it heated but it didn't stop some of our kids from taking a dip. All in all we were pleased with this house and accomodations and made lots of fun memories!"
